Custom WordPress plugins for the part no plugin does
When your pricing changes by country, your intake form changes by service, or your catalogue has to stay in sync with suppliers, stacking plugins stops working. We build the piece that fits.
-
Built to your logic Your process decides the software, rather than your process bending to fit a plugin.
-
Clean and scoped Single purpose plugins, documented, so another developer could pick them up.
-
Proof, not promises Legal platforms, property portals and supplier importers already running in production.

Signs you need a custom plugin
If two or more of these are true, the plugin stack has stopped being the cheap option.
What we build as plugins
All of these are real projects, not a capability list.
Booking and intake flows
Multi step forms with conditional fields, file uploads, PDF generation and payment.
Pricing engines
Per country, per service or per tier pricing, applied automatically rather than quoted by hand.
Catalogue and importer tools
Supplier data pulled into import ready files, so a large catalogue stays current without manual entry.
Portals and dashboards
Client or member areas with their own data, permissions and views.
API integrations
WordPress connected to a CRM, a payment provider, a shipping tool or an internal system.
Custom content structures
Post types, taxonomies and relationships that match how your business actually organises things.
Not sure whether you need custom or off the shelf?
Describe the problem. If an existing plugin will do the job well, we will tell you which one and charge you nothing.
How a plugin build runs
Specification first, because software is expensive to change once it is written.
-
1
Specification
We write down exactly what it must do, the edge cases included, and you approve it before any code.
Week 1 -
2
Build
Development against that spec, in a single scoped plugin rather than scattered theme code.
Weeks 2 to 5 -
3
Test
On a staging copy with real data, including the awkward cases that always exist.
Before launch -
4
Deploy and document
Installed, handed over with documentation, and supported afterwards.
Launch and after
What you end up owning

A real plugin build, start to finish
Thirteen legal services sold online across six countries, through one custom plugin.
Custom WordPress Plugin for an Online Legal Services Platform
A working platform rather than a brochure site. Services are bought and processed online, in each customer's own country pricing, without a staff member manually quoting every enquiry.
- A custom WordPress plugin built from the client's specification document, handling the full flow from service selection to payment to case intake.
- It covers power of attorney, wills, legal translation, affidavits and attestation, legal notice writing and delivery, court document services, contract drafting and review, judicial support and process serving.
- Pricing is set per country across the UAE, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the UK, the USA and Canada, so each customer sees the correct price automatically.

Bint E Hafsa
Hafsa writes the plugins. Single file or structured, installable as a ZIP, built with WordPress’s own patterns rather than a framework bolted on top, so the next developer can read it. Recent builds include a legal services platform with per country pricing and a supplier catalogue toolchain for a German store.
Software we built, running in production
These are real client systems, not demos.
Custom vs stacking plugins
What a custom plugin costs
Quoted as a fixed price against a written specification. These are the factors behind the number.
What you can count on
You get a written specification and a fixed price before any code is written. You own the plugin outright, with no licence fee and no dependency on us. If an existing plugin would do the job, we will say so.

When a custom plugin is cheaper than the alternative
Off the shelf plugins are excellent value when your requirement is common. They become expensive when your requirement is nearly common, because the gap gets filled by workarounds, and workarounds get filled by staff time. Four licence fees plus fifteen hours a month of manual entry usually costs more within a year than building the thing properly once.
What we have actually built
For an online legal services platform, one plugin sells thirteen service types with per country pricing across six markets, takes payment through Stripe and adapts the intake form to the document type and destination. Staff no longer quote each enquiry by hand.
For a UAE property portal, a plugin suite models areas, communities, off plan projects and floor plans as real relationships rather than tags, and has grown through more than twenty five releases as the client’s portfolio expanded.
For a German machinery store, six supplier specific tools pull product data into import ready files, so a catalogue of thousands of products stays current without manual entry.
How we write plugins
- One plugin, one purpose, rather than logic scattered through the theme
- WordPress’s own APIs: post types, taxonomies, meta, REST, cron
- Installable as a ZIP, versioned, so updates are a normal upload
- Documented well enough that another developer can take it over
- No licence server, no phone home, nothing that stops working if we do
The specification comes first
Software is cheap to change on paper and expensive to change in code. So the first deliverable is a written specification covering the normal path and the awkward cases: what happens when a payment fails, when a field is empty, when two users edit the same record. You approve that before anything is built, and it becomes the definition of done.
If the plugin is part of a larger build, it usually sits alongside WordPress development work on the site itself, and for stores, WooCommerce development.
It depends entirely on the logic. A focused tool is a small project; a platform with pricing rules, payments and portals is a larger one. Either way you get a fixed price against a written spec before anything starts.
Most plugin projects run two to six weeks from approved specification to deployment, depending on complexity and integrations.
Yes, completely. Source code, installable ZIP, no licence fee, no ongoing dependency on us.
Sometimes extending it is the cheaper answer, and we will say so. Other times the gap is where all your manual work lives, and that is what makes a custom build pay back.
Built with WordPress’s own APIs and patterns, yes. That is precisely why we avoid the workarounds that break every time something updates.
Usually. We will read it first and tell you honestly whether extending it or rewriting it is the better investment.
Tell us what it needs to do, we will scope it
Describe the problem in plain language. A developer replies with a written scope, timeline and fixed price within 48 hours.
- Whether it needs a custom build or an existing plugin will do
- A written specification, so nothing is assumed
- A fixed price and timeline before you commit
What happens next
- 1You send the form. Plain language is fine.
- 2A developer reviews it and asks anything that is unclear.
- 3Your scope and price arrives by email.
