The challenge
- Real estate content does not fit a standard WordPress structure. Properties belong to communities, communities belong to areas, off plan projects have their own lifecycle, and every listing needs floor plans and galleries.
- Generic real estate themes cover about half of this and force awkward workarounds for the rest.

What we did
- A custom plugin suite covering areas, communities, off plan projects, floor plans and gallery display, plus a matching header and footer system. The relationships between area, community and property are real and navigable, not just tags.
- This is an ongoing engagement: the suite has been developed and maintained through more than twenty five releases as the client's portfolio has grown.

The outcome
A property portal built around how the market actually works, which the client's team updates themselves, and which keeps growing with the business instead of being rebuilt every two years.

Why it worked. Getting the data structure right at the start. Everything after that (new areas, new developments, new listing types) was an addition rather than a rebuild.
