The challenge

At this spend level the account was past the point where one winning ad carries it. Creative fatigue sets in fast on Meta, and an account that depends on one performer drops the moment that ad stops working. It needed a structure that keeps producing winners.

02

What we did

  • A continuous creative testing program instead of a one time launch. About 70% of budget sat behind proven creatives and 30% funded new angles, which keeps performance stable while feeding the pipeline with the next winner.
  • Angles were tested against each other, not just images. The strongest performer opened with the problem instead of the product and returned a 2.60 ROAS against the account average of 2.06.
  • Spend moved between ad sets on performance data, on a schedule rather than on instinct.

The outcome

$42,512 in ad spend returned $87,479 in revenue, a 2.06 ROAS across 722 purchases, at $58.88 per purchase and a $121.16 average order value.

Project notes

What it means. Every $1 returned $2.06, held across 722 orders and $42K of spend. At that volume the number is structural, not a lucky month. The 2.60 ROAS on the top creative shows where the next gain is: moving more of the account onto the angles that already work.
