Custom WordPress Plugin for an Online Legal Services Platform

The challenge

• The client wanted to sell and process legal services online, not just advertise them. Thirteen service types, each with different requirements, sold to customers in six countries at different price points.
• No existing WordPress plugin handles this. Off the shelf form and booking tools break as soon as pricing has to change by country and the required fields change by service.

What we did

• A custom WordPress plugin built from the client's specification document, handling the full flow from service selection to payment to case intake.
• It covers power of attorney, wills, legal translation, affidavits and attestation, legal notice writing and delivery, court document services, contract drafting and review, judicial support and process serving.
• Pricing is set per country across the UAE, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the UK, the USA and Canada, so each customer sees the correct price automatically. Payment runs through Stripe. The attestation flow uses conditional fields, so the form changes with the document type and destination country and nobody is asked questions that do not apply to them.

The outcome

A working platform rather than a brochure site. Services are bought and processed online, in each customer's own country pricing, without a staff member manually quoting every enquiry.
